Following up after You’ve met potential client at exhibition will enable you to build new relationships and opportunity to make sales. Obviously, it is easier to sell when client knows You and Your company.

After each exhibition You probably have lots of business cards. Do not put them in a drawer, just start building relationships with people You’ve met.

After exhibition potential clients still remember meeting You. Send an offer or more information about Your services to them now.

Check that Your calendar with tasks-proposal is fulfilled.

People seldom make decision immediately. So, plan tasks to follow-up clients.

Successful business is based on continuous improvement. So every new experience is just a way to learn. Do not forget to discuss with Your team:

  • Was exhibition successful: how many business cards, leads and potential clients You have after?
  • How many sales were done (per each team member)?

  • Has Your team planned follow-up tasks?
  • Estimate real costs and profit.
