We do celebrate birthdays as probably You do. In addition to formally funny congratulations, we have a tradition of 5 or more years old. We ask 2 questions for celebrator:

* What major 3 achievements did You last year?
* What major 3 goals have You set for upcoming year?

It is always a theme to discuss and share. We do not have to wait for company sessions of common goals of team. We have to live for birthdays and they definitely come!

Sometimes there is nothing to say about past or no goals are elevated. Sometime somebody remembers Your last promises icon smile Birthdays of company colleagues . It is all ok,  at least once a year – each of our team member has and option to share in public about his or her main ideas.

Even little progress is a progress.
