“Day-plan” has a multiple : psychological  and philosophical aspects. It says:

1. Be conscious  in the morning. Not influenced by media, friends-colleagues, or stress-situations. At high consciousness make Your agenda- what the best should be done during a day. You have a pause of time to look ahead with patient wisdom and find the best implementation of plans. Such a pause usually You might not have later during a day.

2. Distribute Your consciousness along the day – putting tasks in right order and times in Your agenda, calendar or To do list.

3. Start doing fearlessly. Your best conscious is preserved.

4. While doing, communicating, acting and reacting emotionally, You step by step get tired and start loosing Your morning consciousness.

5. But at any time, You find that situation pushes You out of You, go back to plan and check what did you think in the morning – at the best of Your consciousness!

6. This way you go back to the best of You mode and may quickly reconsider whether morning plan or new situation should be followed!

7. Afterwards check – whether decision was right. Step by step You will develop Your better consciousness in the morning and will enforce the belief that day plan works better than just passive reaction to situations within a day.
